My life changed profoundly when I became pregnant. I stepped into a beautiful, supportive community—a community of women sharing wisdom, strength, and encouragement in ways I had never experienced before. One amazing person would recommend the next, leading me to my journey that brought me to my doula!
After my baby boy was born, supporting other women in my community came easy to me. There was so much love flowing through me, and I wanted to give back the same support and care that I had received. I believe there is so much more for us to learn about ourselves and the birth experience. While society often tries to instill fear around birth, through education, connection, and community, we become strong and empowered—nothing can take that away from us. I’m here to hold space for you and support you through all of these changes.

Hi, my name is Jenny. I’m a certifying birth doula, trained by DONA International—formerly known as Doulas of North America. I’m a proud mama to one beautiful boy, whose birth journey transformed my life and sparked my passion for birth work. I believe deeply in the power of community, holistic living, and healing through connection.
