Birth Doula Package
Starting at $1500
A birth doula is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support to a birthing person (and often their partner) before, during, and just right after birth. A doula's role is to support—not replace—medical care, and to help ensure the birthing person feels safe, heard, and empowered throughout the journey.
This includes
Free 30 min phone consultation
2-3 prenatal visits in-person or virtual
During our visits, we’ll talk through your vision for birth, explore comfort techniques, and build a foundation of trust so I can advocate for your needs with care and confidence.
Ongoing Phone, Text, and Email Support
From the time you hire me through early postpartum, I’m available for guidance, questions, and reassurance.24/7 On-Call Support Starting at 38 Weeks
I'm ready when you are — day or night.Continuous Labor & Birth Support
Emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your labor, wherever you choose to birth (home, hospital, or birth center). I stay by your side through the birth of your baby.Immediate Postpartum Support (1–2 hours after birth)
Help with initial bonding, feeding, and ensuring you and your baby are settled and supported.One Postpartum Visit
Within the first week, we’ll meet to check in emotionally, debrief your birth experience, and offer gentle newborn support or referrals as needed.Back up doula support
I’m happy to serve families beyond Franklin County — a $50 travel fee helps cover extended travel

Postpartum is a time of deep transition. As your doula, I’m here to walk beside you with calm presence, compassionate care, and hands-on support — tailored to your family’s needs.
