Birth Doula Package

Starting at $1500

A birth doula is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support to a birthing person (and often their partner) before, during, and just right after birth. A doula's role is to support—not replace—medical care, and to help ensure the birthing person feels safe, heard, and empowered throughout the journey.

This includes

  • Free 30 min phone consultation

  • 2-3 prenatal visits in-person or virtual

During our visits, we’ll talk through your vision for birth, explore comfort techniques, and build a foundation of trust so I can advocate for your needs with care and confidence.

  • Ongoing Phone, Text, and Email Support
From the time you hire me through early postpartum, I’m available for guidance, questions, and reassurance.

  • 24/7 On-Call Support Starting at 38 Weeks
I'm ready when you are — day or night.

  • Continuous Labor & Birth Support
Emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your labor, wherever you choose to birth (home, hospital, or birth center). I stay by your side through the birth of your baby.

  • Immediate Postpartum Support (1–2 hours after birth)
Help with initial bonding, feeding, and ensuring you and your baby are settled and supported.

  • One Postpartum Visit
Within the first week, we’ll meet to check in emotionally, debrief your birth experience, and offer gentle newborn support or referrals as needed.

  • Back up doula support
